Customer Support & QA Specialist

About the role

Valiopt helps ecommerce teams automate real customer support work with AI. We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support & QA Specialist to make sure the answers our systems provide are accurate, useful, and aligned with each customer's standard operating procedures.

You will review AI-generated support answers, investigate quality issues, and update internal configurations as customer policies and workflows evolve. You will work closely with customers and our product team to turn what you learn into clear, practical improvements.

What you’ll do

  • Review AI-generated customer support answers for accuracy, tone, completeness, and adherence to customer SOPs
  • Identify patterns in quality issues, document findings, and recommend configuration or product improvements
  • Update and maintain internal customer configurations as policies, workflows, and business requirements change
  • Validate configuration changes through careful testing before they are applied to live customer workflows
  • Investigate customer-reported issues and communicate clear, timely updates through resolution

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in customer support, quality assurance, customer operations, or a similarly detail-oriented role
  • Excellent judgment and attention to detail when evaluating written customer communications
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to translate policies into clear, consistent guidance
  • Comfort learning software tools, working with structured configurations, and testing changes methodically
  • An investigative mindset: you can trace an incorrect answer back to its likely cause and propose a practical fix
